The service

Brainlaws is provided by Engineering Hub Projects SRL, VAT number RO28021976, Șoseaua Berceni 96, Bucharest, Romania. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment.

Fair play

• Do not reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the app or its servers.
• Do not use automated tools to play or to manipulate rankings.
• We may remove results we reasonably believe are not the result of fair play.

Scores and indicators

Rankings, scores and the "Mind Print" are for entertainment only. They are not a measure of intelligence, a professional assessment or medical advice, and should not be relied on for any decision.

Content and ownership

The game, its worlds, laws, design, name and code belong to Engineering Hub Projects SRL. You may freely share your daily result text.

Availability

We work to keep the game available every day but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or end the game at any time.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
